My Clinical Approach reflects a commitment to integrating conventional medical practice with functional medicine, nutritional medicine, and mental health care within a rigorous, evidence-informed framework tailored to the individual patient.

Central to this approach is the recognition that physiology, nutrition, cognition, mood, and behavior are interconnected. Each patient's clinical evaluation considers the complex interactions among biological, nutritional, psychological, and environmental factors that influence health and disease.

A particular emphasis is the relationship between nutrition, neurophysiology, and mental health—an area historically underemphasized in conventional medical practice despite growing scientific evidence of its clinical importance. Nutritional treatments are guided by established medical evidence, with emerging therapies evaluated critically for their scientific validity and clinical relevance.

Functional and nutritional interventions are incorporated alongside established medical, psychiatric, and behavioral treatments, as clinically appropriate.

The objective is individualized medical care grounded in clinical experience, scientific rigor, and an understanding of the interconnected factors influencing health.
